Questions we get before the first booking.
What is the minimum booking duration?
Local city bookings start at a 4hr/40km slab. Most corporate work runs on 8hr/80km or a full-month fixed route. Airport transfers are booked as single point-to-point trips with no minimum.
How does the billing work?
Local duties are billed on a slab — typically 8hr/80km — with a per-km rate beyond 80km and a per-hour rate beyond 8hr, both fixed in your rate card. Outstation is billed per km with a daily minimum. The exact figures for your vehicle class come in writing before the first trip.
Are driver allowance and night charges extra?
Yes, and both are stated on the rate card rather than added afterwards. Driver allowance applies on outstation duties with a night halt. Night charges apply to duties running between 11pm and 6am. Both appear as their own lines on the invoice.
Who pays tolls, parking and state tax?
Tolls, parking and interstate permit or state tax are charged at actuals and passed through with receipts attached to the monthly annexure. We can also quote an all-inclusive rate for a fixed route if you would rather not reconcile actuals every month.
What are the cancellation terms?
Local and airport duties cancelled more than 4 hours before pickup are not charged. Inside 4 hours, or once the vehicle has reported, a minimum slab applies. Outstation trips cancelled inside 24 hours are charged one day's minimum. Corporate accounts can agree different terms in the rate card.
How do we set up a corporate account?
Send us the routes, headcount and timings on WhatsApp. We return a written rate card, run a trial route or week, and then move you to monthly credit billing against a PO with a consolidated GST invoice and a trip-wise annexure.
